Boarding and Daycare Requirements

In order for any dog to become a guest of our in-home dog boarding or daycare service, a evaluation process is required, and is by appointment only.

All pet parents must fill out a few forms. The questions are designed to get us acquainted with your dog and allow us to interact with them safely and use key words that they are familiar with. If you'd like to fill out your forms in advance, please call or email us and we will be happy to email or fax them to you.

  • Our guests must be a minimum of (5) five months of age and current on all vaccinations.

  • Dogs must be currently on a topical anti-flea and tick medication such as Frontline™ or Advantage™. We will not accept any dogs if parasites are found on them.

  • We do not accept un-neutered males or un-spayed females dogs over the age of one year, unruly or aggressive dogs or dogs that are not house-trained. there are no exceptions.

  • All dogs must have current vaccination records to include:

    • • DHLPP
    • Rabies
    • Bordetella

All vaccinations must have been given at least seven (7) days prior to arrival. All pet parents must provide copies of proof of vaccinations for their pet's to stay here at Professional Pet Care Services.

Medication:

If your pet is taking medication, we will distribute it according to your veterinarians instructions. All containers must be properly labeled and state dosage per your veterinarian. Your pet's well being is our foremost priority.
